What Do We Offer

What are our sessions like?

In the comfort of your home, all of our massages are customized to a person’s needs and unique anatomy.  No two massages are the same, so one experience will be different than the next.

What types of massages do we offer?

Swedish/ Relaxation Massage

Swedish massage is very popular in United States for relaxing the body and mind.  It utilizes the use of hands, forearms, and elbows to manipulate the muscles so that you can relax.  The benefits of this form of massage are increased blood circulation, decreased stress and tension on mind and muscles, and improved range of motion.  Although Swedish massage is categorized as a relaxation massage, it is a great way to gently get rid of knots.

Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage is aimed toward the deeper, underlying muscles based on where they start and finish.  The techniques of this form of massage are very similar to Swedish techniques, but the pressure is more intense and focused, allowing knots to be resolved quicker than with Swedish massage.  Due to this massage’s intensity, some may experience pain or soreness during or after the massage.
